You have the right to exchange or return the order within 10 days of receipt and to request a refund (excluding delivery costs). The only return requirement is that the packaging is undamaged and the label has not been removed.
To return, write to us with your reasons and whether you would like an exchange or refund and we will process the return accordingly upon receipt. You bear the shipping costs incurred and the risk of shipping loss yourself.
